The Auric Aromasphere lighting ring on the top of the unit will illuminate in different colours to indicate its status.

| Solid light blue / white | Device is in wifi pairing mode | Follow wifi setup instructions above to connect Aromasphere to a local wifi network |
| Other colours | Aromasphere is playing a ritual. The diffuser will illuminate a unique colour for each ritual played | - |
| Solid light blue / white → Orange → Green → OFF (sequence) | Device connecting to wifi. This sequence of lights indicates a successful connection to a local wifi network | - |
